Dewi Lestari Simangunsong or usually we calls her Dewi Lestari, born in Bandung, 20 January 1976. Dee, as always called, is an author and pop singer.
Graduated from International Relations department, University of Parahyangan Bandung, originally known as a member of vocal trio Rida Sita Dewi.
Since she published a popular novel (Supernova)in 2001 , the wife of R&B singer Marcellius Siahaan is known as a novelist knowledgeable.
First sensational novel, Supernova One: knight, and Star Princess fall, released on 16 February 2001. The Novel made 12. 000 copies in 35 days time and sold more than 75. 000 copies by using the term science and love stories.
In March 2002, Dee launched Supernova One in English edition, that edition penetrate the international market with Harry Aveling.
